Hi.

Welcome. Make yourself at home.

When you're tired, learn to rest, not to quit.

When you're tired, learn to rest, not to quit.

Rest: it's not a dirty word.

Part of this is resting before you feel like you absolutely cannot go on.

Resistance to rest is not being brave, it's immaturity -- it is not understanding your needs, limitations, & yourself.

Truth is, I'm on this rat race by myself & against myself.

Can anyone else relate?

Nothing to do but an enormous amount of to do's, created by your's truly.

Some of that is what has made me successful. Some of it is the freedom that allows me to explore other things. Another is the desire to take advantage of the time I have. Read all the books. Start my writing projects. Start my own book. Learn 2 languages. Plan 2 out of the country trips. Tackle 3 question banks. Yes I did all of these things. But there comes a time for true, guilt-free rest.

More isn't always better.

Sometimes more is just.... more. And less of yourself.

Having quiet time and allowing myself to receive instead of rushing through life - is the meaning in my purpose. If you stop, I promise ...

The world will not stop

You won't get behind

You won't be forgotten

&Your worth isn't based on your productivity.

Contentment is the combination of gratefulness and being fully present.

Wisdom 'enables a person to work graciously within human limitations, while ignorance compels people to rebel against limitations & make choices that harm themselves & others.' Learning the balance between striving to be more than my limitations but also remembering that growth is one step at a time.

When you're tired, learn to rest, not to quit.
